How to Order

Send us a service request with your request — include an inspo picture and/or detailed description.

Allow up to 24 hours for a response from Abi or Nyokabi.

Be clear in your request, and don't hesitate to ask questions.

We're always happy to try new things — don't be shy to request something new!

Once your order is confirmed, you'll get an estimated shipping date. Typical production is 2–3 weeks; larger orders may take longer.

Want it faster? Rush requests must be made at least 72 hours after ordering and carry a rush fee (not all orders are eligible).

Payment is accepted via e-transfer only, sent to:

The password will be shared with you privately at checkout.

Payment must be made via e-transfer once the order is placed.
Once payment is received, no modifications can be made to the order.
No refunds or exchanges — but if there's a concern with your item, reach out and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Both makers are in school/work full-time — please be patient with us while we work through orders
